It’s SHOWTIME baby!!

August 27, 2011. The day I’ve been training for ALL year long for.
I had to defend my title as the WBFF Pro Bikini World Championship title, no pressure eh?!?! Lol.
I was competing with the best of the best, these women were SO beautiful and physically fitness bombshells. It doesn’t matter how many shows I do or win, I’m still get nervous! But I was more ready physically and mentally than any other show I had competed in.
I had several photo shoots set up days before, David Ford (Status magazine) ,John Atherton (Natural Muscle Magazine) , Liani Saddi (published photographer) and Athur Arsenik (Inside Fitness Magazine). These phenomenal photographers captured astounding images of me and I had such a wonderful time working with each of them. But I have to admit, after ALL these shoots I was EXHAUSTED!! I had over booked myself with shoots on a limited diet days before the biggest competition of my life. With the stress and not drinking enough water those days a horrible migraine crept up the evening before the competition at the athletes meeting/registration. I was so excited to catch up with my friends and meet the new athletes during registration but anxious because I wasn’t feeling my best. I was trying to keep that smile on my face but I was feeling horrible and my migraine progressed to get worse and worse.
I knew I had to get to bed immediately to shake it off and just pray the next day it would be gone.
I woke up refreshed and couldn’t be more focused the following morning.
My family came to support me which meant the world to me….
I was able to defend my title and I am now the WBFF 2x Pro Bikini World Champion.
Ahhhhhhhmazing night, I’ll never forget the people who have supported me and believed in me through this journey. I also will never forget the people who didn’t, they help motivate me to be the BEST that I could be. Thank you!!!!
Fit Body Contest
I was asked to be one of the Celebrity judges for bodybuilding.com FIT BODY Contest they have every year along side Terry Crews (actor/fitness enthusiast) and Jimmy Pena (author of PrayFit and celebrity trainer). Mario Lopez (host for ExtraTV & actor) Jamie Eason (celebrity ftness cover model/author) and Mike O’hearn (American Gladiator Titan, actor, Celebrity Fitness Model) were the host for this event and did a great job keeping the crowd entertained. What an honor this job was!! It was not an easy task picking the winner but had a great night with these guys. Here are some snaps from the night:-)
This place is INSANE!!
Touring the 35,000 square foot state of the art athletic facility with its lab, physical therapy rooms and HydroWorx® pool; or checking out the 40-yard indoor Astroturf field and rows of Hammer Strength®, Precor® and Keiser® machines, this would appear to be the home of a pro sports or Olympic team.

More correctly, this is the MP Sports Science Center, MusclePharm’s headquarters at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Denver, Colorado.
I was blown away visiting this facility. They have physical therapy, a recovery lab, DXA bone-density scanners, Game Ready adjustable cold and intermittent compression therapy systems, HydroWorx pool complete with an underwater treadmill, Omega Wave® performance optimization technology for maximizing workouts, Massage therapy &
Sauna. This is not to mention what their weight room looks like. Their rack of dumbbells doesn’t stop at 80 or 90 pounds—they take it to 120. The cardio machines range from athlete-caliber Woodway treadmills to steps, Precor ellipticals rowing machines and bikes for total body cardio. Had one of my BEST and HARDEST workouts there to get ready to defend my title for the WBFF Pro Bikini World Champion in August.
They have created all of this so their team of doctors and physical therapists has everything they need at their fingertips. Whether they need, say blood work or an ultrasound done, they can do it there. If any of their professional athletes need to monitor an injury, they have the team to help them.

Elisabetta Rogiani photoshoot
Never a dull moment with Elisabetta!! Lol. When I 1st met Elisabetta Rogiani, it was at the FMI (Fitness Model International) conference in Oct. ’09. She was one of the speakers at the event and is known for her fitness line to be on EVERY fitness cover and still is. My 1st fitness cover was with Women’s Fitness RX and I had the pleasure to work with her because I would be wearing her fitness line on the cover. It was such a dream to work with her and she was a hoot!! Besides having a great shoot with the magazine, I laughed so much with her on set.
Now, she hired me to be one of models for her new line for the season. Again, it was upbeat and non stop laughing on set. Her line is amazing, the fabric and cut of it is flawless. I feel amazing wearing her line and honored to be one of models featured.
